Orders, Enquiries and Payment

Orders and enquiries can be made by phone, fax or post only to our office in Minehead. We accept official orders by post or fax from most organisations in the western world and will invoice. Please note that although we try to deal with all orders as quickly as possible, much of our stock comes from abroad or from sometimes slow organisations and supplies can take time to arrive - please bear with us. If you require goods by a certain date, please let us know.

Handling and delivery costs are added to all orders; please contact us concerning these if you are paying in advance.

Payment can be made by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or by cheque or bank draft or postal order in £ sterling or by US dollar cheque. All payments should be sent to our Minehead office. Again, please ask if you need more information.

We offer many discounts to educational establishments, and on bulk orders (particularly large quantities of the same item). We are interested in your comments, so please let us know what you think of our catalogue...
